All background checks are conducted by American Identity Solutions, located in Montgomery County, Maryland. AIS is a CJIS-authorized provider of secure bio-metric Livescan fingerprint services used by Montgomery County Schools/organizations, federal government entities and many other agencies.

◊ Each subscription grants families with active accounts, to access our roster of fully vetted, background checked, dedicated, customized for each family and qualified team  care providers in your time of need.
◊ Once you complete the registration form, we will contact you to learn about your family and answer any questions you may have.
◊ From there, you are matched with the best top 5 care providers in your area for your family. You only have to register once – your information will be saved for future requests.
◊ After registering you are able to schedule services at any time with a simple text or email.


After your first 40 hours of receiving our services, each family receives 6 free hours for date night or time away. (The 6 free hours must be scheduled 2 weeks in advance)

Each family receives 2 free hours of care services for each referral that stays for 6 months. (Hours are accumulated and must be scheduled 2 weeks in advance)

We also provide consolidated tax forms

For the safety of our care providers, we do not accept cash. We will send you an electronic invoice once the shift is complete. Payments can be made with the card on file from registration or you can provide another form of payment upon receiving the invoice. We will not bill anything on the card until after we confirm the number of hours from the care provider and receive your authorization. If you have any questions, please let us know!

Yes. Your credit card information is stored in password protected software and processed using the highest standards of encryption. After the card is entered into our system, it is stored there, but only the last four digits remain visible. We retain your billing information in our system as a convenience to you as many of our clients are frequent users of our services. If you prefer that your information be removed after your payment is processed, please let us know and we would be happy to remove your credit card information from our files.

You will be billed for the hourly rate times the number of hours you used (or the hourly minimum if you did not meet that requirement.) You will receive a detailed PDF statement by e-mail/text explaining the charges before the charges go through on you card. The payee will be listed as 365 ECS.

We do everything we can to make sure each billing is done correctly, but sometimes misunderstandings occur. We want to make sure you are charged the correct amount. If you have any questions about your bill, please send us an e-mail or give us a call at (301) 800-1218 so we can resolve any discrepancies.

If you return home early, you will be charged for the full duration of your booking to compensate the sitter for the time booked, and the additional time in 15 minute increments if you return later. (Often times sitters are unable to secure other job opportunities when they are relieved early last minute. We ask that you please book accordingly).

If you are happy with their performance, it is customary to tip. Did the sitter do extra while the kids were sleeping, like putting the dishes away or folding laundry? Did they accept your booking last minute? Agree to come for a shorter amount of time than originally planned? Stayed later than originally planned? Is it a holiday? These are some reason parents will tip, but again, not expected. 

We do request that you provide a review for your care providers via Facebook or e-mail.

  • Methods of payment accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, money orders, Venmo and CashApp. (We do not accept cash. In the event you wish to give a gratuity to your care provider, please include it within your payment and we will be sure that they receive it.)
  • $50 cancellation fee for cancellation with less than 24hrs of reserved start time.
  • There is a two hour minimum booking
  • No client will privately engage in business of any kind with any care provider referred by 365 ECS. Each provider has signed an agreement with 365 ECS that prohibits him/her from doing any additional work for a client of 365 ECS, past/present without consent of 365 ECS.
