Are 365 ECS sitter’s CPR certified?

Yes. All of our sitters are required to be CPR certified upon hiring so that in the event of an emergency, the sitters are equipped to act accordingly.  

What if my child has special needs?

365 ECS strives to maintain a well-versed team. However, in the event that we do not have a care provider who is experienced in the area your family desires we are happy to work with you in finding a sitter that is familiar with, and capable of, the care and needs of your family.  

What if I don’t like my sitter? What if my children don’t?

365 ECS wants you to have the best possible experience. If for some reason it is not a match between your family, and one of our sitters, we will find a replacement sitter immediately; just let us know.

Can I get updates on my kid(s) while I’m gone?

Yes! We encourage you to communicate with your sitter while you are away so that you feel most comfortable. Sitters are instructed to update the parent(s) every few hours unless otherwise specified from the parent(s).  

Can I have the same sitter each time?

Yes. Pending the schedule of the sitter, we strive to match you with your preferred sitters!  

How do I pay my sitter?

365 ECS holds all credit card information on file in order to confirm your reservation.  Your card will be charged once we receive authorization after the services have been rendered. 365 ECS will allocate pay to your sitter.

Can I book a 365 ECS sitter outside of 365 ECS?

Reservations must be booked exclusively through 365 ECS. 365 ECS are under strict contract to not work for any client or third party outside of 365 ECS. No exceptions.  

What if I have to cancel a 365 ECS reservation?

365 ECS’s cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Cancellation or modification made less than 24 hours before reservation time will be charged our flat fee of $50. Cancellations and/or modifications must be made directly through the 365 ECS management via call, text or email, and never with your sitter. No exceptions.  

What is the membership return policy?

We offer a 100% guarantee return for any unmet services. For example if there is a no show on our behalf we will return the full cost of your membership.
