Family - Frequently asked questions

After signing up and telling us about your children and what you want in a care provider you can select the date and time you need and our innovative technology matches you with the perfect fit.  You can view each sitters profile, read reviews from fellow parents and even watch a short video.  Anyone matched to you is available, so go ahead and select book.

We have taken a lot of time to find the very best sitters, so you can rest assured that they have gone through a vigorous vetting process.

365 ECS provides a rigorous level of screening for our child care providers.  The safety of your children is the most important value we uphold, which is why we take these extra steps to ensure our sitters have passed our qualification process, biometric finger printing, criminal background check and sex offenders check.

Vetting Process

Yes, meet and greets are optional. If a sitter is new to your family, we suggest booking 30 minutes early, this will allow time to engage with your sitter.  Keep in mind that our rigorous screening process is meant to alleviate any stress and apprehension of having a new sitter in your home with your children.

The DMV area has no required standards for temporary childcare. We know you wouldn’t want just anyone in your home, and we wouldn’t want that for you either. With this in mind, we have taken the time to find and train the most qualified, dependable, and verified sitters, so you know exactly who is in your home with your children.

We hope that this will never happen to you, however should it please call us immediately on 301-800-1218 and we will contact your sitter and then if need be find you someone to step in.
